Pret A Manger open Belfast flagship with Murphy's help
Murphy Chartered Surveyors and property consultants advised Pret a manger on their first store acquisition in Northern Ireland
The new flagship store is located at 11 Donegall Square West Belfast, in the site of a former Patisserie Valerie premises.
The store will have a ground floor of 1250 sqft ( food to go and seating ) with a production kitchen in the basement.
This is one of the most anticipated brands Murphy has worked with over the last decade, to open in Northern Ireland and the client is excited about this new market.
Following the opening and initial trade, the client will be seeking to open further options in Northern Ireland during 2024/25.
