Euro Change open on Ann Street Belfast
Building on the success of their long-established Northern Ireland business, Euro Change the UK's leading retail foreign exchange specialist, has opened on Ann street Belfast.
Murphy Chartered Surveyors was appointed to identify and acquire suitable premises in the Belfast city centre adding to the two existing outlets in the city centre.
After a city centre audit and planning advice, premises at 32 Ann Street were identified as suitable.
Murphy negotiated and agreed competitive off market terms for this new financial services business in this part of the city centre.
Euro Change is also considering other possible locations in Northern Ireland for further stores.
