Euro Change to open further Belfast store
Following the success of their long-established Northern Ireland business, Euro Change the UK's leading retail foreign exchange specialist, has decided to expand further in Belfast city centre in 2026.
Murphy Chartered Surveyors were appointed to identify and acquire suitable premises in the Belfast city centre.
After a city centre audit and planning advice, premises at 32 Ann Street were identified as suitable.
Murphy negotiated and agreed competitive off market terms for this new financial services business in this part of the city centre.
With planning permission now obtained, the store is expected to open in late September 2026
