The green light
I am starting to get calls from managing agents and landlords asking if I know when some of my non essential retail clients are opening.
It's great to get a call after three months of no activity.
However, I am sure like most multi site business that have been given the green light, they will open when they can, if they think the location is viable going forward.
On a personal level it would be good to see more clients opening there old stores however I fear this just won't happen after three months no matter how much we all might want it.
I suspect the locations that have agreed some form of concession on costs and are likely to make a profit, will be the first to open.....that's what I would do.
Hopefully, in three months things will be better......
