The British Heart Foundation returns to Ballymena

The 3,000 sqft premises is one of three planned new store for our client in Northern Ireland during 2018.
Our client had previously traded in church street in the town, some years ago and decided to exit the town, due to poor trade at the end of a lease at that time.
With renewed optimism in the town, they have decide to lease a new property, in a prime high street location, as a result of falling rents, making the location affordable for them to consider.
