Card Factory renew Ards Shopping centre lease
Murphy Chartered Surveyors have advised Card Factory on a lease renewal in Ards Shopping centre Newtownards.
Our client has agreed rebased competitive terms to remain trading in the centre for a further three years.
This renewal from start to finish took 18 months.
