CARD FACTORY RENEW ABBEY SHOPPING CENTRE LEASE
Murphy Chartered Surveyors have advised Card Factory on a lease renewal in Abbey Shopping centre Newtownabbey.
Our client has agreed rebased competitive terms to remain trading in the centre.
This renewal from start to finish took 18 months.
