A wee office deal
Murphy Chartered Surveyors have provided acquisition advice and transaction handling services to private clients for the purchase of an office building.
The 6,000 sqft stand alone office pavilion building with parking, is located in Haydock, England and will be occupied by clients for a new HQ.
